2.1 Timeframe: All customers have the right to return a product within 30 days of receiving it, without needing to give a reason.

3.1 Return Request

After reviewing your request, we will send you detailed instructions.

4. Return Costs

4.1 Faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described
If the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, Hommfer will provide a prepaid return label.

4.2 Cancellation of purchase
The customer covers the actual return shipping costs. This applies if they ordered the wrong item, the product does not fit, or they no longer want it.

5. Specific Return and Refund Conditions

5.1 Standard Return Conditions (Undamaged Products)
If you change your mind, you can return the product within 30 days of receipt. Products must be new, meaning unopened in original packaging or never used.

5.2 Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty product or the item arrives damaged, contact our customer service within 5 days of receipt. For damaged items, please provide photos or a video showing the damage within the same timeframe.

5.3 Incorrect or Misdescribed Product
If you receive an incorrect product or one that doesn’t match the description, contact us within 5 days. We will arrange and cover the return and send the correct item.

5.4 Product Not Received
If your product hasn’t been delivered, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier. If the item can’t be located, we’ll offer a full refund or a replacement.

5.5 Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Contact our customer service using the details at the end of this policy. If the order has already been dispatched, follow the return process once received.

6. Product Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for another version, contact our customer service within 30 days of receipt. Products must be new, meaning unopened in original packaging or never used. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the exchange is due to a faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed item.

7. Timelines

7.1 Return Period: Returns must be reported and sent within 30 days of receiving the product.

7.2 Return Processing: Once the returned item is received, we will process your refund. You will receive your refund within 7 business days of the item arriving at our warehouse, along with a confirmation email.

7.3 Refund Conditions: A refund will be approved if the product is new – i.e., unopened in its original packaging or never used. Refunds for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed products will be approved after inspection, but always within 7 business days of receipt.

7.4 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

8. Return Policy Exceptions

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalised items
  • Hygiene-related items (e.g., socks, underwear), unless they are new – i.e., unopened in original packaging or never used.

9. Shipping Methods and Fees

9.1 Shipping Method: Free delivery for all orders in France, Belgium and the United Kingdom. All orders are shipped with Chronopost, DPD or Royal Mail + Track & Trace.

9.2 Restocking Fees

No restocking fees will be charged, regardless of the return reason. Note: for non-damaged returned products, the return label and shipping costs must be arranged and paid by the customer, unless the product is faulty, damaged, misdelivered or misdescribed.

9.3 Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable law.
