Our goal is to ensure a smooth and transparent shipping process for your comfort and satisfaction. Below are the full details of our shipping procedures.

2.1 Delivery Area
We currently deliver to France, Belgium, and the United Kingdom.
Expansion to other countries is under review.
2.2 Delivery Charges
Free delivery for all orders placed in France, Belgium, and the United Kingdom. There are no hidden fees, delivery charges, or additional costs. All prices include VAT.
2.3 Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery takes 5 to 7 business days after processing. The total delivery timeframe is therefore estimated at 6 to 10 business days. Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions or transport disruptions.
2.4 Cut-off Time
Orders placed after 10 PM (GMT), on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
2.5 Shipping Method
We ship with Chronopost, DPD or Royal Mail. All shipments are insured. In case of loss or damage during transit, Hommfer will cover the costs (except in the case of return shipments, where responsibility lies with the customer). We use eco-friendly packaging to reduce our environmental footprint.
2.6 Tracking Information
After purchase, you will receive an email containing your tracking details, including the courier name and tracking number. You can track your order on our website by entering your tracking number in our tracking portal.
3. Order Issues
3.1 Faulty or Damaged Product: If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer service within 5 days of receipt. For damaged products, please provide photos or a video showing the damage within the same timeframe. We will then offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
3.2 Incorrect or Misdescribed Product: If you receive an incorrect item or one that does not match the description, please contact us within 5 days. We will arrange and cover the return and send you the correct product.
3.3 Product Not Received: If your product has not been delivered, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier. If the item cannot be located, we will offer a full refund or a replacement.
