- Order: A purchase of one or more products via Hommfer’s online store.
- Delivery: The process of shipping the ordered products to the address provided by the customer.
3. General Provisions
3.1 These terms apply to all products and services offered through the Hommfer online store. By using the site, you agree to these terms. Hommfer reserves the right to update these terms at any time. We recommend checking this page regularly for any updates.
4. Orders and Payments
4.1 All orders are subject to availability. If a product is no longer available, we will notify you as soon as possible.
4.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept various payment methods, including: American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, Shop Pay, and Visa.
5. Prices
5.1 All prices on the site are in euros or pounds sterling and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
5.2 Prices may change without prior notice. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
6. Processing and Delivery
6.1 We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Processing time is 1 to 3 business days, followed by an estimated transit time of 5 to 7 business days. The total estimated delivery time is therefore 6 to 10 business days.
7. Shipping Fees
7.1 Shipping is free for all orders delivered in France, Belgium, and the United Kingdom.
8. Delivery Terms
8.1 If the customer provides an incorrect address, they are responsible for any additional shipping costs.
8.2 Hommfer is not liable for delays caused by third parties, such as delivery services, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or strikes.
8.3 In the event of a failed delivery due to incorrect information or if a parcel is not collected from a pickup point, reshipping fees will be charged.
9. Returns, Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
9.1 You have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please refer to our return and refund policy for more information.
9.2 During the withdrawal period, you may handle the product only to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning. If the product is damaged due to negligent use, Hommfer may apply a depreciation charge.

10. Warranty
10.1 Hommfer offers a 2-year warranty on all its products, covering only manufacturing defects and faults not caused by the customer. The warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents.
10.2 Hommfer is responsible for parcels lost or damaged by the carrier. In case of loss, contact our customer service within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. For damaged or faulty products, contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.
11. Liability
11.1 Hommfer is not liable for any damage, loss or injury resulting from the use of our products or services, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct on our part.
11.2 We are not responsible for delivery delays or errors due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1 All content on this website, including images, texts, logos, and designs, is protected and intended solely for Hommfer’s use. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without prior written consent.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Any disputes arising from these terms or from the use of the Hommfer website will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands. These terms are governed by applicable Dutch law.
14. Privacy
14.1 We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. By placing an order, you agree to the collection and processing of your data as described in our policy.
